Sewerage & Water Board “Water Help Program”
This program administered by Total Community Action assists elderly, disabled and economically disadvantaged customers in paying their water bills and making minor plumbing repairs. The Water Help Program contributes up to $200 annually to customers in need by way of a credit to their account, while the Plumbing Assistance Program pays up to $250 annually to the licensed master plumber who is authorized by the Sewerage and Water Board to perform minor plumbing repairs at a customer’s home. Sewerage & Water Board “Customer Care Pay Plan”
Sewage and Water Board is offering customers behind on their bills to be automatically placed on payment plans with no down-payments required. The payment plans will spread payments over at least 6 months, and no payment plan will add more than $100 to residential customers’ regular monthly bills to pay toward their past-due balances. LIHEAP New Orleans

Entergy New Orleans is offering the ability for flexible options extending time to pay and waiving late fees. A customer that is experiencing financial hardship is eligible to take up to six months to pay the current bill and/or unpaid balances. Click below for more information.
